Great episode and awesome interview!
Of course it was another very good episode, but I’ll have to relisten to the interview again, because I’m having some time problems lately. But other than that…
And still only two reactions?

Does anybody know which artist/song plays during Judith’s news segment? I really badly want to know!!!!

:ipod: woohooo!
Roy Khan…is that guy shy or plain boring? I’d rather listen to him sing than talk! Great Kamelot songs! My only complaint about this show is that there is way too many Death/Extreme bands. The Hard Rock/Heavy Metal spectrum is quite huge. Would like to see more variety on the show. Not everybody enjoys grunts.
@forgottenglory: I understand your ‘complaint’, but also know that we can’t focus on Power and/or Heavy Metal all the time.
But we try to change the focus each episode, so for the next time it will either be a special or another regular episode with multiple genres. There could be more Power or Heavy stuff again, but we will never forget about the more extreme genres like Thrash, Death, Black (and their subgenres :-)). Hell, even Doom is still not played as much as we’d like to.
But we’ll see how things turn out later. It’s good that you have some constructive criticism.
Hey forgottenglory, thank you very much for your message. Great to see that you are listening to our shows. We’ll have some cool bands, like Kotipelto next, maybe this will interest you.
Anyways, like Tech said, we should try to play all kinds of metal in every episode because we’d like all metalheads to listen to their favorite metal styles in each episode. Of course there were and there will be some episode in which we play just the Metal style the band interviewed plays.
By the way, I agree with you. It’s a bit sad that some band members aren’t as “nice” as others. I’m sure they know how much work we have to put to get the interviews and how much the fans are willing to listen to their words. Anyways, maybe he’s shy, I don’t know and don’t think so, but Kamelot rules.
I’m not saying stop playing Extreme bands…I’m saying would be great to have a better mix of the whole Hard Rock/Heavy Metal spectrum. I feel that this episode had way too many Extreme bands to the detriment of the other genres…Unless you were doing a Extreme special, I would be better to make your shows more diversified. For example let me make up a fictional list:
1. Elegy - Clean Up Your Act
2. Annihilator - Stone Wall
3. Poverty’s No Crime - Ancient Lies
4. W.A.S.P. - The Heretic (The Lost Child)
5. Testament - Alone In The Dark
6. Crimson Glory - Masque Of The Red Death
7. Children Of Bodom - Warheart
8. Galactic Cowboys - Circles In The Fields
9. Micheal Angelo - Full Force
10. Alice In Chains - Them Bones
This covers a lot of different genres and caters for a lot of different taste. What do you think?
@ Marcus: Kamelot rules and I understand what you mean by people don’t know how much work goes into your interviews. Keep up the good work.

Nice interveiw Polina!
Actually I thought Khan was nice, but he must be kinda introvert, that’s true. It surely wasn’t an easy task to open him up, but you did it really well.
